Methodology
How we know what we claim.
An evidence company must survive its own scrutiny. Here is what stands behind every number on this site.
Deterministic engines
Engines, not opinions.
Each engine is deterministic: same inputs, same outputs, traceable. We publish how many internal technical gates each engine has passed. Our wording: engine implemented; internal technical gates passed; independent certification pending.
The assurance ladder
What "L3 candidate" means.
Three rungs. Each engine states the highest rung it has reached, and never claims the next. Six of the seven engines are L3 candidates: built, fully gated, and awaiting independent certification. The seventh, the Deal Reality Assurance Twin™, is built and in service but its gate set is still being completed, so it is an L2 engine until the count below is published.
Engine implemented
The engine is built and deterministic: the same inputs produce the same, traceable outputs.
Internal gates passed
Every internal technical check defined for the engine has been run and passed. The count below is gates passed of gates defined.
Independent certification
External review confirms the engine end to end. Pending across all engines today, so each reads "L3 candidate".
What a gate is. One internal technical check an engine must pass before its output is treated as signed: a reconciliation, a boundary condition, or a determinism and replay test. A count like 48/48 is gates passed of gates defined for that engine.

Intellectual property
The register of marks.
A "™" marks a name we claim as our own; it is not an assertion of a registered trademark. One asset carries one name: where a mark appears on more than one engine, it is the same asset, not a new one. Registration status is a separate legal matter.

Signature frameworks and methods
The AI governance contract
What AI may, and may not, do.
AI may explain, summarize, translate and draft from signed engine outputs. It cannot calculate authoritative values, select decision states, approve actions or alter audit records.
The evidence standard
What accompanies every claim.
Every value claim carries a baseline, an attribution, an owner and a measurement window. Every pilot carries a scale threshold and stop rules. Every engagement resolves to a Decision Confidence Index with a non-compensatory floor on loss confidence.
Sources and substantiation
Our figures carry their source.
Market figures cited describe market conditions, not Stredge Partners performance.
MIT Media Lab, Project NANDA, "The GenAI Divide" (2025): 95% of enterprise GenAI pilots with no measurable P&L impact; implementation in ~90 days at mid-market companies versus 9+ months at large enterprises.
