Engagements

Every engagement is governed by a signed engagement letter that names the decision, the deliverable, the fee, the timeline and the confidentiality regime. Where these terms conflict with an engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and do not publish client names, logos, metrics or results without written permission. Any illustrative artefact on this site is labelled as such in the same visual block.

Limitation of liability

Nothing on this page limits or excludes any liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited or excluded. Liability for an engagement is governed by the signed engagement letter for that engagement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The change date at the top of the page will reflect the latest revision.
