Conformance is not claimed. The site is assessed against WCAG WCAG 2.2 Level AA; it has not been certified as conformant. The assessment of record was carried out on 6 August 2026 and covers every route listed in sitemap.xml, in both English and French.

The evidence to date is automated testing plus a manual keyboard pass. Automated tooling cannot detect a large part of WCAG — it did not detect either of the two defects found by manual review in this cycle: moving content without a pause control (SC 2.2.2) and duplicated content exposed to assistive technology. Both were fixed. Until a screen-reader pass is performed, no substantial-conformance claim is made.

• Automated: axe-core 4.12.1 driven by Playwright 1.61, run against every route listed in sitemap.xml, in both English and French on each build (WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2, levels A and AA). It reports 0 serious and 0 critical violations — an automated result only, not a conformance finding.
• Automated: a dedicated contrast harness that paints each foreground/background pair and measures the rendered pixels, rather than trusting computed colour values.
• Manual, keyboard: performed. A keyboard-only pass covering the header, the mobile drawer (focus trapped, Escape returns focus to the trigger), the standing-facts pause control, the decision scorer and all four forms.
• Manual, screen reader: not performed. No assistive-technology pass (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or otherwise) has been carried out against this site, so screen-reader output is untested.

• Podcast captions and transcripts. Of the 16 published STREDGECAST episodes, 0 carry captions and 0 carry a published transcript. This is a current failure of SC 1.2.2 (Captions) and SC 1.2.3 (Audio Description or Media Alternative). Captions and transcripts are being prepared; progress is reported at the next review below.
• Downloadable and printed specimen sheets are laid out for print; their reading order is verified, but reflow at very small sizes is limited.
• Screen-reader output is untested, and automated testing cannot certify it. Any claim about assistive-technology behaviour on this site would be unevidenced.
